Operating Territory
Marshall County Mutual Insurance Company is allowed to insure property as described in Chapter 67A.
We may write in all of the following counties: Marshall,
Kittson, Roseau, Pennington, Beltrami, Polk and Lake of the Woods.
Board of Directors
Members seeking nominations for election to the Board of
Directors must submit their names in writing to the Secretary of the Board of
Directors or the Company Office at least thirty(30) days prior to the date of
the annual meeting. Nominations from the floor for election to the Board of
Directors will not be accepted. To be eligible to be a Director, you must be a
policyholder of the company and must reside in our authorized operating
territory.
Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the Company will be held the 1st Thursday in April of each year. The Company’s Board of Directors will fix the exact place and hour of such meeting. Proper notice will be sent to each policyholder as stated in the Company’s Articles and By-Laws. The attendance of Directors, Agents and Policyholders is greatly appreciated.
